정규직 재택근무은 단풍간 없습니다. 6개월 - 1년의 계약직만 있습니다. 회사가 계약한 6개월 후이나 계약 만료전에 재계약 할지 결정할겁니다.

There is no permanent WFH job at the moment, we have service contract 6 months or 1 year. The company will decide whether to renew your contract after 6 months or end of contract expiry. 

사직 통지서에 필요항목를 채용 제안서에 참고하시기 바랍니다.일반적으로  2개월 전에 통지서를 제출하거나 긴급 사직 통지서 대신 제출해야 합니다.

Kindly refer to your employment offer which shall contain the necessary clauses on the resignation notice. Commonly, it requires to serve 2 months’ notice or pay in lieu of notice for emergency resignation. 

계약기간은 6개월 - 1년이 되는데 지원하는 프로젝트의 따라입니다.

The contract duration is either 6 months or 1 year,  dependent on the project you are hired for.

6개월의 계약을 예를든다면 6개 월이 지나면 회사가 재계약할지를 결정합니다. 근무 실적과 회사의 결정의 따라입니다.

Let’s say you sign a contract for 6 months. After working for 6 months, it is the company’s discretion to decide if they should renew the contract – it is usually subject to your work performance and directive of company.

회사는 월말이나 매달 7일전에 계좌로 월급을 입금해 줄겁니다.고용 제안에 따라 환율를 적용되며 지급일 당일에 일반적인 환율에 따라 달라집니다.회사의 지급날에 따라 다릅니다.

The company will bank in or transfer your salary payment into your bank account by the end of the month or before 7th of every month. It would be in the currency as per the employment offer and subject to the prevailing conversion rate during the payment day. It is subject to the company’s payroll date. 

회사 운용위치에 따라 그 나라의 화폐로 받을겁니다. 회사가 은행 계좌를 개설해주는데 재택근무하신면 환율에 따라 다릅니다.

You would receive your salary in the currency of the hiring company’s operating location. Company would support you bank account set up for this purpose, however, for WFH, they would bank in to your bank account and the conversion is subject to the bank’s prevailing conversion rate. 

네 ,회사가 월말 급여 명세서를 통해 세금을 원천징수할 수 있도록 지원해줄 겁니다.그런나 재택근무하신 분은 개인의 세무를 관리할 책임이 있습니다.

 Yes, the company would support you for your obliged tax deduction via the month end pay roll. However, For all WFH employment, it is up to the individual’s responsibility to manage your own tax obligation.  

고용 제안에 따릅나다. 일부의 재택근무는 서비스 계약이라서 직원복지는 없습니다.공휴일에 근무하게 된다면 시간외 수당을 받을 겁니다. 계약서를 확인하시는 것은 좋습니다.

 This is all subject to your employment offer. Some WFH structure does not cover employment benefits as it is a service contract. Overtime pay is applicable if you are required to work during public holiday. Best advice is to refer your employment agreement.

회사가 은행 계좌를 개설해주는데 재택근무하신면 새로운 계좌를 개설할 필요가 없습니다.

The Company would support you a bank account set up, however, for WFH, they would usually make use of your existing bank account.

There are jobs that allow you to work from anywhere (SUBJECT to time zone of the hiring condition of the project ) and some jobs require you to work in Korea or Malaysia. Please do check with our Career Consultant for the latest locations,  as our job list is expanding.

일부의 회사는 노트복 & 액섹서리를 제공해 주는데 개인 와이파이는 필수입니다.

Some companies provide a full set of computer & accessories to their employees, but you will need your own Wi-Fi at home.

미팅이나 트레이닝때 카매라를 켜야 되는 경우도 있습니다. 회사의 따라 달라서 면접관에게 확인해 주세요.

 There are chances that you will be asked to turn on your camera during meetings or trainings. For more information, please do remember to check with HR interviewer, different companies has different rules.

2개 국어를 요구하는 직업을 지원하게되면 두 언어를 고객/사용자를 위해 사용해야 합니다.

If you are successful with a bilingual jobs, you would need to speak in both languages with the customers/users served.

In general, there are 2 round/s of interviews
i) HR Interview -20-30 mins  ii) Operations/Hiring Manager’s Interview – 30 mins – 1 hour

주의: 한번만 인터뷰를 하는 경우도 있습니다. HR & 운영부 동시 인터뷰 ( 60분정도 ) 

Note : Sometimes, it could be only 1 round of interview - both HR and Operation (Interview duration would take about 1 hour). 

지원하는 분야에 따라 다릅니다. 1개 국어만 필요하는 직업이면 인터뷰때 한국어만 쓰고 2개 국어를 필요하는 직업이면 비즈니스 영어과 한국어를 두다 사용합니다.

Language used is dependent  on the position applied. For monolingual role, the interview will be conducted in FULL Korean business language. For bilingual position, Korean business language and Business English both will be used during the interview. 

면접관 가능하시는 시간에 따랍니다. 일반적으로 1개국어만 필요하는 직업은 한국인이고 2개국어를 필요하는 직업이면 외국인입니다.

It depends on the interviewers’ availability. The interviewer is usually native Korean for monolingual position. For bilingual position, the interviewer might be non-native Japanese.
